LEURA BLUE MOUNTAINS

Against the Grain manufactured windows and french doors for this architect-designed cottage renovation and addition.   

Window types include casement, sliding and bifold along with french doors connecting the open plan living area and covered deck. 

Crafted from Western Red Cedar, all feature double glazing in response to the local climate with timber insect screens.

Traditional deep sills inspired by the original cottage provide design continuity throughout. Transom windows with specialty Flemish glazing provide additional period-style character to the existing cottage's front façade.
