A working cattle farm on stunning acreage, Ivy Hill is located in Wapengo on the NSW Sapphire Coast.

Against the Grain manufactured a range of timber windows and doors for the property’s main homestead. The phased project comprised an extension and subsequent renovation of the existing main house, with elegant AK Designs interiors.

Against the Grain crafted double-hung and awning windows; sliding doors with insect screens; barn door; and entrance door with openable sidelights.

Made using ultra-high performing Accoya timber and double glazed, the windows provide design continuity between existing and new. Durable and stable, Accoya is tested not to visibly swell, shrink or distort. Finishes last longer making it ideal for window frames in this coastal rural setting.

Maximising extraordinary views of the surrounding landscape, Against the Grain products increase the efficiency and comfort of this luxury country home.
