On the slopes of Mount Canobolas, Canobolas Wines is the Orange region’s third-oldest vineyard, organically farmed by the Mattick family.

 

Against the Grain manufactured custom timber windows and doors for their new Cellar Door, framing the spectacular views of vineyard and surrounding landscape.

 

All crafted from solid Blackbutt in our Katoomba factory, the project includes:

 

• Large-format 3.6m x 1.8m fixed windows with minimalist square profile. Weighing up to weighing up to 250kg, each unit was craned in for installation.​​

• Triple stacking sliding doors opening 7.2m wide, connecting the cellar door to the vines beyond.​​

• High-performance double glazing throughout to respond to local climate.

• Vertical V-joint panel  farmhouse style entry doors
